ISO Latin Character

Hello,
I have a problem with fonts.
I'm using Microsoft WEFT (Default page : http://www.microsoft.com/typography/web/embedding/weft3/default.htm ) for use fonts which are not on the user machine.
By example, the font "Edwardian Script MT" is not on all machine.

Here the sample code:

Sometimes with character as "è" or "à" or "é"... I could not write the good text.
If I code è or è it is not good.
I have a square in the place of character.

How to do to write a good character ?

I think you're in the wrong place as this forum is dedicated to asp.net, and this sub-forum to IEwebControls.
You should join the Microsoft WEFT users community" (register and go to Message Board)

As for the second question about specific french characters, unless you plan to create a multilingual website, there's no need for è in your case.
Please note that Dreamweaver is re-formatting the code by default.
