If you pay 20$ on the site traincert.com, you get access to a lot of training videos on dnn. Among them there is a video on tranforming a templatemonster template to a dotnetnuke skin. The video is made for dnn 2.0 but is still valid for dnn3 and 4. And you learn a lot.
