Hi Ray,

I've been with they for about 6 months.  I've only had a couple of hiccups during that time and there support was good.  They respond quickly to trouble tickets.  I made a suggestion and it was implemented shortly after.  So for the price I think there great.  They also know DNN.  So I would advise hosting with them.  I have 4 site at present.  Here's a link to the main site I host with them.  http://www.dogclubofhollywood.com  The speed is great.  Neven a slow time regaurdless of time of day.  They also keep there systems up to date.

I haven't had any problems that would cause me to even think of moving.  In fact I'm getting read to raise the plan I'm on.

Well there might be one problem.  There spam filter if anything is set too tight.  The problem is you need to wait to get an email during the night listing what it captured before being able to release the message.  I know there working on a way to be able to check in real time what's caught but it's now ready and no date has been given.

How is their sql-database setup.  Can you create user logins?  One of the things i'm looking for is the ability to atuomate the sql-backup and be able to download the backup to my local machine.  My current hoster backups the databases nightly, but i have no access to the backup unless i call them.

Hi Ray,

You create users and databases from the control panel.  You can also backup and restore the database from the panel.  The backup  placed on the web server so it's available for download by FTP.  They also do regular backs also but do charge for restoration from there backups.
