I'm trying to make a skin in 2.0.1 that :
1. Has 100% width
2. Has a fixed height of 600px
3. Auto vertical scrolls when content exceeds height
4. Never shows the standard horizontal or vertical scroll bars of the borwser.

I cannot get the browsers scroll bars to go away.
The most bothersome is the vetical scroll bar.

I have all content pane tables inside of a DIV with auto scroll.
Container
Header - want this static
Menu - want this static
div -
Content panes - want this to scroll
- div
footer - want this static
copyright - wanthis static

Without any content all scroll bars are gone
With contnet I get the browser sroll bars(vertical(V) and horizontal(V) and the autoscroll (bot V and H) .

Arghhhh...

Any help would be appreciated.
