Host Module Recommendations

I have been running a small web hosting company for about 5 years now. We ran our own CMS for a while, but instead of upgrading it we are going to switch everything over to DNN.

Out setup is going to be one install of DNN with multiple parent portals for our different clients. The problem I am having is finding a decent set of modules to fill in the functional gaps in DNN. So I am looking for good recommendations for modules in the following categories:

1. Ecommerce.
      Looking at: Portal Store 6.5 on http://www.dnn-modules.com

2. Gallery (anything better than the free one is all).
      Looking at: Free one on DNN site.

3. Newsletter/Subscription managment.
      Looking at: Advanced Email & News Manager 2.6 on http://www.dnn-modules.com (Licensing isn't great though)

4. Surveys (could be replaced with a decent form management tool I know).

5. Form Creation/Management.
      Looking at: Form Creator 1.5 on http://www.dnn-modules.com

6. Forum (not sure if needs would go beyond the free one).
      Looking at: Free one or ActiveForums, not sure on activeforums licensing etc.

7. HTML Editor Providers (anything cross browser/cross platform with Image and Link tie in's to DNN).
     Looking at: FCKEditor, Telerik Editor since somebody has created handlers for these already.

The issues with hosting is licensing and performance. I don't want any one module when used on a client site to slow down the other clients performance. My main concern though is licensing, I have found a few that allow "Instance" licensing, but digging through SnowCovered is driving me nuts.

What are the "cream of the crop" in these areas. Are there any other modules you would recommend to help out new hosts?

1. most powerfull is catalook (www.catalook.net)
2. Steve McCuloch has SimpleGallery at www.smcculloch.net, for large Albums look at FotoVision (www.bring2mind.net) or RiceCheese.
4. www.nsurveys.org
5. Xmod or Enterprise forms (there is an active thread running)
6. wait for the new core forum, try dnnbb (http://www.dnnbb.net)
7. FCK2 is the best of the free ones, use provider from locopon (dnn.tiendaboliviana.com)

Be aware, that at least some of the modules from dnn-modules.com are not yet localizable.
