Error Adding User Accounts Module to a Page & SolPart Error11/8/2005 5:07:28 PM

I came across this error when adding the user accounts module to a page.  Here are the steps to reproduce:

1.  Add a page named "User Accounts" that is hidden with visibility to only Administrators
2.  Add a User Account module to the page

Here is the error message from the site log:
