hi all,

has anybody got any URL's of actual commercial implementations of the IBuySpy Store.. it would be good to see how people have taken the store framework and customised it....

Well I looked at the store and created my own from scratch based off the logic and stuff i learned from looking at the source.....

where you can see the source? Are you sure the store based on IBuySpy Store code?

I'm almost done with a modification of the IBuySpy Store (should be ready for launch by the end of the week).

You can check it out and let me know what you think here https://store.oceanswindow.com

It is completely SSL enabled, and any order you do to help test would be most appreciated.

The store does go live soon, so just email me if you'd like to not have an order honored that you place ([email protected]). The product selection at this point is small, I'm adding the admin interface for the store personnel to add the rest of the products!

did you use url-rewriter to rewrite the url, that it shouldn't contain ?= some do but not all?

The url rewriter only switches on when "/site/" is after the domain.

The shopping cart for the sites are upgraded versions of the shopping cart from ibuyspy most of the code is the same found in ibuyspy, the checkout pages, product pages are all based on the logic found in ibuyspy source.

Say if the address is

http://www.Site.com/?id=5&user=2

The url writer won't process the url but if the url was

http://www.Site.com/site/5/2/a.aspx

the url writer would process and do a rewrite. So it looks to see if "/site/" is in the url if it is itll process the url and rewrite it accordingly
