Why nobody help me ??????[:'(]

This is my error of club site starter kit

Just remove the xmlns="" part from the connection strings. The error message states it's not valid.

When I edit web.config in my computer ( xmlns="" ) is not Available , but show me this error when upload it..

It could be that your version of ASP on the IIS server is 1.1, and you need ASP 2.0 for this to work?
