cant log on or creat new users11/3/2006 2:59:18 AM

when ever i try to log on when the site is running it will not load. and if you try to creat a new user or anthing that has to do with the database it loads the error page. i have iis running it in windows 2003 web server and have sql express installed. if it is a configuration problem let me know or if its in the code thanks.
