i don't have the step by step instructions but, at high level

1) Create a DB in mySql

2) Run your user profile scripts (that would create user profile related tables)

3) Run scripts for creating the classifieds table/procs etc

4) Change your connection string to point it to your MySql

I have not done this but just trying to help.

Check out Connectionstrings.com....you can get a connection string for any database you like. Then just change the connection string in your web.config file to the appropriate connection!
