For ASP.NET 2.0 hosting with SQL, I would recommend Discountasp.net.  I have been using them for years and they are extremely helpful and their uptime is great.

I'd also recommend Re-invent.com.  I was new starting out too and they were extremely helpful with me getting everything going and ever since..

Almost all windows hosting providers will provide you with .net 2.0 and sql server. Searching on google will give you plently of option. Choose the one that best suits your needs.
