Hi,
I am creating widgets to use inside my Intranet site. Everything is working fine, now I have a requirement to allow users to create the tab part of personalization. I been looking around to get some ideas and was not able to get any. Could anyone show me right direction to achive this? Thank you very much for your help. Between I am using VS 2005 and .NET 2.0.

Hi,

Can you please elaborate a little more what that "tab" is, how it should look like and how it should behave?

If you want to have sections that can be closed, minimized or moved like on iGoogle then you can use the portal framework and make your web pages using Web Parts. You can check next articles for more information on that:

by tab i mean "Add a tab" option on the top.

 Take a look at the open source project for http://www.dropthings.com which has an implementation of tabs similar to what you want, however the project does not use web parts.
