Urgent...Errors

I am not an expert in visual studio as just started working on it few months back. Actually i am having a problem with my web application. For the last few months i have been building the site and now when i am about to deliver the application it is showing 100's of errors. It was working fine when last time i compiled it but do not know what has gone wrong now.

All the erros can be traced back to Temporary ASP.net files folder.

Please help me out to solve the problem i have to hand in the application in few days.

I will suggest delete all files in the BIN folder, if you have any referenced DLL files , do save them and Build your solution.
