Module Name: Mowog.UserListManager

Module Function: Whilst the "Bulk Email" feature and security groups covers mailing lists, it does not allow the user to change membership. I have created a custom module which reads security groups with the prefix "_list_". These groups are then displayed for the logged in user to joinand leave as they please.
